That’s right! We are going to compare the two 12k price segment mobile, the Redmi Note 9, and Realme Narzo 10. Let’s see which one is better and value for money device!
Starting with the display, the Redmi Note 9 has a Full HD+(1080p) IPS LCD with a punch-hole camera at the top left corner and the notch will not be noticed most of the time while playing a game or watching a video. On Realme Narzo 10 we are only getting an HD+(720p) IPS display with a dewdrop notch. Both feature a 6.5″ display size. So you can see the Redmi Note 9🥇has an upper hand on the Display section!
Coming to the Build quality, the Note 9 & Narzo 10 both weigh the same as 199g and the thickness is also more or less the same, 8.9mm on Redmi note 9 & 9mm on Realme narzo 10. Where they differ is that Redmi Note 9 comes with Triple Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection which covers the front, back & even camera portion too. But realme uses only Gorilla Glass 3 on the front alone, the back is completely plastic. Both mobiles come with a Plastic side frame, no surprise on that. So Redmi Note 9 🥇 holds the crown here too!
Hardware
Processor: Both smartphones come with the latest Mediatek Helio G series chipset but Redmi note 9 has a slightly higher Helio G85 where the Realme Narzo 10 equips Helio G80 SoC. Redmi note 9 🥇wins in a slight margin!
Speaking about Storage/RAM we are going to compare only the 12k model of Redmi Note 9. The Realme Narzo 10 comes with a 4GB Ram / 128GB storage @ Rs.11999 whereas Redmi comes with 4GB Ram / 64GB storage @ Rs.11999. So storage wise the Realme Narzo 10 🥇has an edge over Redmi. But luckily both smartphone has a dedicated SD card slot!
Camera: Here we don’t have much difference, both sports a 48MP f1.8 Main camera, 8MP Ultrawide, 2MP depth sensor & a 2MP Macro one. Where they differ is on the Front camera, the Realme Narzo 10 comes with a Higher 16MP camera than the 13MP camera on Redmi Note 9. However, Quality matters!
Connectivity & Network / Battery :
Both Phones has Dual Sim Slot that supports up to 4G & comes with Bluetooth 5.0. Redmi Note 9 has both 2.4/5Ghz WiFi support but Realme Narzo lacks 5GHz support. Both smartphones have some similar features like,
